Outer protection tube
• The outer protective tube should be made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE);

Pipeline characteristics
The outer wall of the pipeline adopts a flat-walled solid-walled pipe with a wall thickness of 3.0mm to achieve higher ring stiffness and ring flexibility.
The inner wall of the pipeline is made of a solid silicon lubricating layer. In simple terms, the cluster tube has the following five advantages compared with traditional pipes. Although the inner wall of the cluster tube is a silicon core layer, it is a solid lubricant with a small friction coefficient. Ensure that the inner wall is smooth, and the pipeline transmission loss is 30% lower than that of the steel pipe. The structure of the cluster tube is excellent. The silicon core layer of the cluster tube is evenly coated on the inner wall of the HDPE through high pressure, so that the two can be well integrated into a whole, and there is no distinction between inner and outer layers, and will not be peeled off. The cluster tube is light in weight and easy to install. The matrix of the cluster tube is HDPE synthetic resin layer, and its chemical composition is HDPE. Compared with similar pipes, the quality is only one-tenth, which is convenient for transportation and storage. The cluster tube has the strength, rigidity and compression resistance of ordinary pipes, can well protect the silicon core layer inside, and has tensile resistance similar to steel. The inner wall of the cluster tube is made of solid silicon material, which has very good flame retardancy, insulation, corrosion resistance and acid and alkali resistance.
